Prime · from project to DOSY map Replay of a saved experimental project. No new acquisition or physical experimental validation is performed. Spanish narration generated offline. Guided captures, not continuous screen recording. 1 · Identify the context In Prime, open a project and check the sample, acquisition mode and ramp before interpreting the map. This walkthrough uses a previously saved experimental result. The acquired spectrum is above the diffusion distribution. The lateral projection summarizes map intensity; it is not a list of identified chemical species. 2 · Inspect the parameters Expand the advanced settings when you need to inspect the grid, regularization and stopping criteria. Also check the saved method and result status. A visual change must not recalculate data or replace an accepted revision. A new calculation requires its own parameters and quality checks. 3 · Explore a band Select a band to relate a projection lobe to its map signals. This example shows three main lobes. The selection displays that band's support; it does not prove that each Gaussian represents a molecule. Check residuals and unassigned signal before interpreting small components. 4 · Restore the view and export Return to all bands and use the full range to restore context. Fitting the view to signals or changing the threshold only changes the display. Use the application's high-resolution PNG export to document the figure. Keep the project and report too: an image alone does not retain the full scientific provenance.
