Prime · peak attenuation and diffusion Local calculations on a copy of a saved experimental project. No accepted results are added or replaced. Spanish narration generated offline. Guided captures, not continuous screen recording. 1 · Fix the region Double-clicking the spectrum locates the nearby maximum and opens its attenuation. Check the marked position and extraction half-width. The same region is used throughout the ramp; the maximum is not chased in each spectrum. Here we use a project copy without changing the saved map. 2 · Calculate D only The D-only option fits monoexponential attenuation and reports measured diffusion, final diffusion and fit statistics. Check the internal reference and temperature normalization used. A high coefficient of determination does not demonstrate monodispersity. This fit alone does not produce a distribution or identify a compound. 3 · Review ln(I/I₀) Switch to the linear view to inspect log normalized intensity against b. Review valid and excluded observations, the fit and residuals. Do not remove observations only to improve R squared. Any manual or automatic exclusion must retain a visible criterion and the observations no longer used. 4 · Inspect the local distribution Calculate distribution inverts this region's attenuation using the selected method and grid. Review convergence, residuals, boundaries and moments before accepting it. Hydrodynamic radius requires documented viscosity and temperature; mass requires a compatible calibration. Adding a result is a separate action and is not performed in this video.
