ResinAtOnce · references, temperature and model Configuration walkthrough using a synthetic fixture. It neither computes nor validates a new physical calibration. Spanish narration generated offline. Guided captures, not continuous screen recording. 1 · Confirm the standards In internal references, review candidates and confirm the standard actually added. Check its region, attenuation, hydrodynamic radius and provenance. Detecting a signal does not automatically activate a reference. If you work without an internal standard, the result must retain that warning. This walkthrough uses demonstration settings, not a validated calibration. 2 · Choose engine and model In molecular-weight analysis, review the inversion engine and mass model. Changing engine creates a different protocol; it does not rewrite historical results. Linear-polymer calibrations do not validate absolute masses of stars or brushes. Distinguish measured diffusion, corrected diffusion and apparent mass before comparing samples. 3 · Review advanced settings Open advanced mode only when you need to inspect the grid, regularization and stopping criteria. Standard values support a reproducible workflow but do not guarantee convergence or identifiability. Do not relax a check merely to obtain an attractive figure. Retain the method, parameters, warnings and calculation status in the revision you accept. 4 · Document the corrections Review probe, calibration, solvent, viscosity and temperature. In the principal KK2 protocol, the TTMS reference factor and thermal factor are retained per block and applied together exactly once to the complete axis. Do not replace the experimental TBO calibration with a nominal gradient. This video shows where to inspect conditions without recalculating original data.
