ResinAtOnce · prepare a ramp-based project Synthetic interface fixture: demonstration spectra and masses, not a measured sample or experimental validation. Spanish narration generated offline. Guided captures, not continuous screen recording. 1 · Review sample and masses In ResinAtOnce, start with project and batch. Check sample identity, paths and masses before calculating. This example is labelled as a demonstration and uses simulated data. For concentration models, distinguish solute mass from solvent mass; do not replace a missing weighing with zero or an invented value. 2 · Confirm the ramp plan Review the complete plan and mark the ramps to analyze. The row being edited does not by itself limit the calculation plan. Check first and last experiments and each block's diffusion time. Keep each ramp's parameters and corrections separate, even when they belong to the same sample. 3 · Inspect the spectrum Go to spectrum and signals to inspect each sample's actual content. Select regions in ppm using the spectrum and expected structure. Indices and regions from a previous resin are not automatically transferable. A broad signal may have several causes and does not alone confirm a macromolecule. 4 · Separate regions and roles Check the selected region before continuing. Separate signals of interest, solvent and internal standards; a ppm match does not confirm a standard's identity. Save the project to retain the plan. These scenes are real application controls populated with a synthetic fixture, not accepted experimental results.
